What we built
The intern team's capstone was a logo tooling part for Ascent Aerospace. We scoped it so the team would run a full project from start to finish instead of a single fabrication step.
The part was printed in ABS by large-scale additive manufacturing. After printing, it was CNC milled to trim the edges to final dimension, which makes it a print-then-machine process. I helped coordinate the team through meetings and design discussions.
